PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS

- Free engraving on both the wood box and the pen & pencil.
- The box can be laser engraved with up to three lines of text. The laser engraving removed the top layer of cherry finish to expose the light tan wood underneath
- The pen and pencil get engraved using a laser engraver as well, the top layer of black finish is removed to expose the gold underneath. Both the pen and pencil are engraved with the same inscription.

To refill lead, pull the top of the pen off, remove blue stopper and insert new lead.

What are the details of ink and lead refills? What size for each, please? Can pen be in blue ink to begin with? Preference for the recipient is blue ink. We would need to know the specifications.

I'm sorry, we only ship pens with black ink. You can find refills at any local stationery store or office store like Staples or Office Depot. The pencil uses size .7mm lead. The pen uses Parker pen refills.

Yes, we can do that for you. Just email the logo to us at help@executivegiftshoppe.com . Be sure to include the product that you're looking at and the logo. If you have the logo in black and white adobe illustrator .eps format, that would be best. If not, a black and white jpeg will work, we can convert it to engravable format. But when I got the pen the lettering was so small it was laughable. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
