Items that have been engraved or personalized as requested are not returnable. If we have made an error in the engraving or personalization, we will replace the incorrect item immediately. We do guarantee your satisfaction though and you are welcome to exchange an engraved item you are unhappy with for one that is of the same or lesser value. We realize your purchase may be a gift for someone so we have expanded our return and exchange period to forever. That's right, forever. You can return your purchase in its original condition and packaging at any point, for the rest of your life for a full refund minus shipping charges or an exchange. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.Return shipment methods

Return AddressExecutive Gift Shoppe
- Get a return authorization code. Please email us at email@example.com requesting a return authorization code. We'll email you back a return authorization # within 24 hours. You can also call us at 888 354 4387 to request a return authorization code.
- Package your return. Please package your item in its original packaging. Please include all instruction forms and warranty papers.
- Insure your package. This will cover you if your package gets lost or damaged in shipment. UPS, FedEx and USPS all offer insurance on their shipments.
