We will pay for any return shipping if we need the unsatisfactory product back. We can't make it any clearer than that, if you're not satisfied, we'll send a replacement immediately.
We also guarantee all of our products will stay in good working condition forever. If at any point, your product becomes defective, just contact us with your order # and we'll replace it free of charge. You won't have to deal with the manufacturer, we all know what a hassle that can be. You will deal directly with us.
