I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am in the service I received. Or let's say, the service I DIDN'T RECEIVE.
I called this company SEVERAL times and left my name and number with its "answering service." Yet, I never received a call back. Nor did anyone leave a message on my phone.
I was actually trying to fix a minor error with my order. Had someone returned my call, this could have been quickly resolved. Then to add insult to injury, the lovely message I crafted for my father was NOT included with the product. So, when he received the gift, I was told he was asking people: "Who sent me this? Do you know who sent me these pens?" Are you kidding me? Is this amateur hour or something?
I understand mistakes can happen. No one is perfect. But to not even call the customer back? Someone who had a PENDING order? A mess! So there you have it. You wanted my review? You got it. I rarely write negative reviews. And I don't write this one to try to tank your business either. But I just wanted you to know how I felt, as a customer. It's not the end of the world. Thank you for letting me vent.
Merchant Response:I am so sorry nobody called you back. Honestly, we did not see a phone message from you or we certainly would have. I have no doubt you left the message, it just didn't get to us for some reason. I will look into this and make sure it does not happen again.
For the gift message, the message you included was printed on the packing slip sent with the order. I am wondering if the packing slip was discarded with the packing paper? Regardless, I am truly sorry you had a bad experience with this order. We will reach out to you via email.
