When I received the box and opened it, the lid completely fell off. The screws were loose, so when I tried to screw them in tighter, I noticed that the holes were to big. I called customer service and left two messages, but never heard from anyone. Bad product and poor customer service.

We received your message and tried calling back but unfortunately your voice mail box is full. We are so sorry the item arrived damaged. We would be happy to send out a replacement, would that work? Also, this is not something that normally happens, can you let us know if the package it was shipped in was damaged?
Can you please call us and let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement sent? If we don't answer, please leave us a message which option you'd prefer. I'm so sorry this product arrived damaged, we will take care of it whichever way you'd prefer.
