I am buying a gift for 15 people. All of them need a different engraving on the top. Is this possible?

Absolutely. You have two options. You can add the item to the shopping cart, one at a time, You'll add the first to the shopping cart with its individual engraving, then press the keep shopping button to add the second. Repeat this until they're all in the shopping cart. The second option is to place the order without engraving and email us over a spreadsheet or word document of engraving instructions. For this option, let us know in the comments section of our checkout page that you are emailing over engraving instructions. Please let us know if you have any questions at all.

Yes, we can put a logo on the Bartenders Survival Kit. There is a 10 piece minimum and we would need the logo in an Adobe Illustrator.eps format.

I had a pretty complicated order, that included a laser engraving that was pretty complicated. In fact, many other companies I contacted didn't even consider making an attempt. But here, not only did they respond with their concerns, but they helped me by walking me through what they would need in order to be able to produce the end result I was hoping for. There were several back-and-forths to get things "just right," and in the end, the final piece was just what I wanted. This was for a best man's gift for my wedding, so it needed to be special and meaningful. I had pretty much given up on having a nice, quality bar set with an elegant box to house it in, along with the special message and design I wanted, but Pete and the gang worked with me to get all the details ironed out. Everyone who has seen it was truly impressed by the end result, and my brother (my best man) was floored by the personal, inside-significance of the message, the design and actual set itself. I was looking for a basic bartending kit that would compliment the drink cart my boyfriend has. I was so happy to find this gift. The rosewood is beautiful and the free engraving of his name looked fantastic. Everyone I showed said they wanted a gift like this. When I received the box and opened it, the lid completely fell off. The screws were loose, so when I tried to screw them in tighter, I noticed that the holes were to big. I called customer service and left two messages, but never heard from anyone. Bad product and poor customer service.
