I am buying a gift for 15 people. All of them need a different engraving on the top. Is this possible?

Absolutely. You have two options. You can add the item to the shopping cart, one at a time, You'll add the first to the shopping cart with its individual engraving, then press the keep shopping button to add the second. Repeat this until they're all in the shopping cart.
The second option is to place the order without engraving and email us over a spreadsheet or word document of engraving instructions. For this option, let us know in the comments section of our checkout page that you are emailing over engraving instructions. Please let us know if you have any questions at all.

Hi! I noticed that for other items Helvetica is an option for engraving, but it isnt for this one! Is there any way I can get the type engraved in Helvetica typeface?? My boyfriend is a graphic designer and is obsessed with that font.

We have added the font Helvetica as an option for you so you'll be able to use it for the engraving.
If I order this and the product is not what I wanted or expected can I return it for a refund?

Yes, as long as its not engraved. If its engraved, we would definitely work with you to exchange it for something else, but it would not be returnable.

Shipped on time, got it exactly when they said. Box arrived pretty beat up and the wooden box was cracked and broken. I emailed and within 24 hours, a new gift box was on it's way. No hassles, no delays. Great customer service.

I had a pretty complicated order, that included a laser engraving that was pretty complicated. In fact, many other companies I contacted didn't even consider making an attempt. But here, not only did they respond with their concerns, but they helped me by walking me through what they would need in order to be able to produce the end result I was hoping for. There were several back-and-forths to get things "just right," and in the end, the final piece was just what I wanted. This was for a best man's gift for my wedding, so it needed to be special and meaningful. The rosewood is beautiful and the free engraving of his name looked fantastic. Everyone I showed said they wanted a gift like this. When I received the box and opened it, the lid completely fell off. The screws were loose, so when I tried to screw them in tighter, I noticed that the holes were to big. I called customer service and left two messages, but never heard from anyone. Bad product and poor customer service.
