I have a replacement screw but dont know how to replace the screw. Are there instructions?

You'll need to unscrew the polished metal cap at the top, that will allow you to pull out the corkscrew easily and replace it.

There is a five piece minimum order. If you are ordering five ore more, you would just place your order but under engraving put ***LOGO***. Then reply to your order confirmation email with your logo. We'd put together a proof for your approval or editing within 2 business days.

The pieces are cheap plastic and not metal. The pourer arrived broken. Box and engraving are nice but the actual wine accessories inside are cheap.

I bought this set as a Christmas gift for my father. I got it engraved and it came out beautifully! He really loved it and will put it to good use in his wine cellar. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars here is because a few of the pieces felt very cheaply made. The rabbit opener itself is sturdy, but the foil cutter, the wine stopper, and the drip ring were very lightweight plastic and flimsy. I was expecting a little higher quality. Overall a good gift though!

The color of the wood with the engraving into the wood by taking off the top layer looked really nice. The wood did crack slightly on some items during shipment, but the customer service at Executive Gift Shoppe did a really good job at rectifying the situation quickly and we were very satisfied. We would use them again.

It shipped quickly, but we had a problem with the item getting damaged slightly during shipping. We were on a tight deadline but they expedited it and made it with a couple days to spare. I ordered this item as a gift and had it engraved. The recipient was VERY happy to receive the wine gift set. I chose Executive gift shop because they engraved directly on the box and not on a metal plate that attaches to the box. Very classy.
