I was pleasantly surprised with my purchases from Executive Gift Shoppe. It was easy to order from them. They offered free engraving on the lighters I bought (awesome!) They shipped the very next day. It was not long before the items were delivered. The prices on their products are reasonable. I can't say much about their customer service, mainly because everything went so smoothly that I didn't need to contact their CS! The only negative thing I can think of was that the lighter I purchased for my mother had her name engraved in the wrong font (although she loved it anyway so it's no big deal.)
