Received the card holder with no initials as requested. Emailed customer service twice and received no response. Will not order from Executive Gift Shoppe again!

We did just leave you a voice mail, please call our toll free # and we'll be happy to ship a replacement out for you. The original order we received did not have any personalization instructions so we shipped it out without personalization.
