Can the out side of the box top be engraved or just the pens?

Yes, you can have up to three lines of engraving added to the box and one line of engraving on the pen.

I just want to know a little about these pens. What is the brand and model of the pens? I want to make sure I am getting a quality pen. This is a gift to graduating pharmacy residents, and I want it to be a high quality pen that will last. Please give me a little more information on the pens, and how do you refill the cartridges to the pens?

These pens are made by Maxplus International. They are very high quality and extremely well made. They have a heavy feel to them and a smooth writing mechanism. The set includes one ballpoint pen and one rollerball pen. Refills can be purchased at any local office store or stationery store.
