This seller has excellent customer service. I ordered a business card holder that I wanted engraved with my son's initials. I didn't know that the initial for the last name goes in the middle. The seller emailed me just to be sure that I was aware, instead of just engraving it and hoping that the way I placed the initials was correct. Was also shipped fast. Highly recommended. Calvin, MA
I was pleasantly surprised with my purchases from Executive Gift Shoppe. It was easy to order from them. They offered free engraving on the lighters I bought (awesome!) They shipped the very next day. It was not long before the items were delivered. The prices on their products are reasonable. I can't say much about their customer service, mainly because everything went so smoothly that I didn't need to contact their CS! The only negative thing I can think of was that the lighter I purchased for my mother had her name engraved in the wrong font (although she loved it anyway so it's no big deal.)
