Ive been in customer service for many years and i understand sometimes things go wrong. Its how its corrected that matters. The team at Executive handled it very professionally.

Was worried after reading other comments about “light engraving†and “cheap metalâ€; however mine turned out perfect. The engraving was more than dark enough and the metal was perfectly fine! My brother loved it for his 21st bday!

It's a large flask that I had personalized for my friend's birthday.

The outside of the flask was just fine, but when I looked inside I was disgusted. I couldn't tell what was on the inside. It looked like it might be rust or just grime, but either way... ew!

I ordered this 12 ounce flask as a gift and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the stainless steel and the engraving. The stainless steel is very thin and feels like you can almost flex it by squeezing it with your hand. The engraving is so faint you can barely see it - even when I rub my fingers over the engraving it's hard to feel the impression because the engraving is so light. I am extremely unhappy with this and feel that I can't give this as a gift.

I ordered this for a last minute birthday gift. The price was good and engraving was a nice touch.
I ordered online but was afraid I wouldn't order it in time. I called the next day to tell them that if they can't get it to me quickly then I don't want it. A very nice man answered the phone that sounded like he was actually in the warehouse packing up my gift as we spoke! He was kind, understanding. My order shipped the very same day and I had it in two days! With one day to spare! Just WOW! No where can you get that kind of customer attention and speed. THANK YOU! It was a big hit!

Delivery was quick, engraving was perfect.

The flask itself is ok, my issue was with the engraving.... I bought this for my boyfriend with his last name engraved on it. When I opened it I had to like move it side to side to see it. Very very light, you can barely see it and it's hard to make out what it says. I wanted to send it back but wouldn't of had time to get it back in time.

I bought it as a gift for my nephew. It's a very classy looking gift with the custom engraving. It arrived only a couple of days after I purchased it on-line. I will buy other products from this website in the future.

Mailed the first flask without engraving....but quickly took care of it. Sent me a new one free of charge and it looks fabulous! Also. told me to keep the other one that wasn't engraved. Great company!
