Received beautiful Clear Crystal Globe, it is top quality and I know the recipient will love it. I ordered the large one and had it personalized. I opted for the free 4-5 day shipping. The tracking history showed it arriving and departing a NJ post office repetitively for five days. I called the company and they said it looked like they had placed it in Priority Mail due to the weight. I received it two weeks later. When it arrived, the outside of the box was fine, however the interior presentation box had broken corners and lid. The inside of the presentation box is nice but again the outside is a bit embarrassing. I am trying to tape the corners closed inconspicuously. I suspect the original box was damaged as well as the presentation box and someone repackaged it and upgraded to Priority Mail. If the company can get the logistics worked out, it will be a great experience.
