The quartz movement clock has a large square white dial with black Roman numerals, and black hour, minute & second hands. It is battery operated and the battery is included. Actually, I was disappointed. The hands were loose and when we were looking to fix it, the back came off and it completely disassembled. The quality is not good. I was hoping for a better looking product than I received. It looked better on the screen than in person.
