I purchased this clock as a retirement gift and have just been informed by the recipient that it arrived damaged. I am extremely disappointed in the service, and will not purchase from this vendor again.

Extreme disappointment. The company should know how to properly wrap products so that they are not damaged in the mail. I would like the product replaced ASAP.
Merchant Response:We are so sorry that this arrived damaged. We did try and package it as best we could for safe shipping, but we clearly didn't do enough. A replacement has been sent out immediately.
