We received your order Saturday and it shipped out on Monday via First Class Mail. Shipping to North Dakota takes a long time as we're shipping from NY but it looks like this was delivered to you on Friday the 14th. If this is not the case, let us know.

As a 61st birthday gift from other veterans, I was given a Zippo lighter emblazoned with the Eagle, Globe and Anchor of the United States Marine Corps. The brass applique fell off aforementioned. My birth date is 09/26/51. Today is 10/11/2012. The gift-your lighter-was given to me was on 09/26/2012. I didn't fail you in 1970 through 1973 but it took only 14 days for your product to fail me. Thank the Good Lord it wasn't life threatening. It was only a gift from comrades in arms.Now what?

Verified BuyerI recently ordered a Zippo lighter with a Marine Corps emblem and had it engraved with my husband/vet's favorite saying. The lighter arrived sooner than expected and was absolutely beautiful! My husband was thrilled, but pointed out that the engraving was missing the first letter in the first line. I was considering taking it to an engraver to correct the mistake, but decided to call Executive Gift Shoppe customer service.
The lovely lady who took my call listened as I explained the error. She immediately said we should have caught that error, I will get a new lighter out to you today! No hassle, no asking for pictures or return of the imperfect lighter. Customer service this good is hard to find!
