I'm hoping this is a once-off issue but from the get-go this item has just given me grief. I ordered this item approximately 4 weeks ago and it has only just arrived in my hands this morning. It took 3 weeks (for some reason) for the item to get to Australia but once it was delivered to my building, they had no idea who to deliver it to as the company didn't actually put a name on the shipping label, just the floor of my building so it sat with our mail room for the last week as they had no idea who to give it to and only figured it out when I asked if anything had turned up.
The engraving itself is fine but it looks as though the holder itself isn't made well. One of the hinges popped out when I opened it and I had to snap it back into place so have to be careful whenever I open it now.
