I was not happy with the quality of my item. Just keeping the pen for myself instead of using it as a gift, as intended.
I have not contacted the company about my item, because I don't expect a resolution per their return policy on personalized items. I'm keeping the pen for myself. I was not happy with the quality of the item, and the engraving is not readable.
