Could I get the pen with red ink inside? And if not how could I get a cart of red ink for it?

I'm sorry, we do not offer red ink. Â The ink cartridge can be changed out on your end though. Â The pen uses Cross ballpoint pen refills, so you 'll just need to purchase a Red Cross ballpoint refill to change it out. This pen comes with black ink. Â It uses Cross style ballpoint pen refills:
