I ordered 2 of these flasks, and one came in leaking at the bottom and the other one came with the lid broken! I politely called and informed them of the bad items I received, and was told I would be receiving 2 replacement ones for free! However, it's been about 2 weeks since my call, and I haven't revived anything. I've called and left a message, but no reply. We'll see how this goes... If they send me my replacements in, then I'll delete this review.

If that's not the case, please let us know. Sorry for the delay with the replacements, we wanted to test them out for a few days to make sure they were leak-free :-)
