Are you able to engrave Greek letters into the pink flask?

Yes, just choose the Greek font from the font selection menu after checking the Personalize It check box. You'll want to enter the English version of the Greek letter. You'll be able to preview your engraving so you can make sure you are entering the correct letter.

What is the best size font to use with this item? When previewing the personalization, if the writing is cut off does that mean the font is too large?

It really depends. If you're having just initials engraved, then a font size of 60 looks great. If you're having text engraved, you'll want to go smaller. If you're text is being cut off when you preview what it will look like on the flask, then the font is too large and you'll need to make it smaller. I hope that helps!

We can engrave a logo for you but there is a 10 piece minimum. If you'll need that many, just submit your logo here: http://www.executivegiftshoppe.com/logos.html . If possible, the best format for the logo is black and white adobe illustrator .eps format.

Can I get it engraved on both sides?

Yes, but only on the black and pink versions. The stainless steel and leather sets cannot be engraved on the back. For the pink or black sets, just let us know in the comments section of our checkout page what you would like engraved on the back.

No, we cannot engrave the < symbol. We can engrave a heart symbol though. Just let us know in the comments section of the checkout page that you would like a heart symbol engraved and where you would like engraved.

The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I asked in my notes in my order that I wanted to have a name on the front, and then the small quote I had on the back of each flask (as what was written in the FAQ for if you needed something customized). The note was not addressed so it came with the name and quote both on the front. Not a HUGE deal, just not exactly what I wanted. Still happy with the final result, and would order from here again.
