Good Customer Service, Average Product

Verified BuyerI received my money clip quickly and to say the least was very disappointed. It feels and looks cheap to me, not like something I would pay $54.00 for had I been in a store selecting it. The first one was also flawed along the edge. Since I had it monogramed and could not get my money back, I called and they reissued me another, no questions asked, just as quickly. For that, I am donating an extra star on the review. I will give the gift. This is a person I find horribly difficult to give to and have no back up plan, however, will not be very proud of my gift or excited to watch the person open it. I will add that a friend bought her son a different one when I purchased mine and is quite pleased with hers, so maybe I'm too picky. I would not buy it if I were standing in the mall holding it, at least not for over $19.99.
