I recently ordered and received this watch, and the watch is not running. Is there a tab/button that I need to activate in order to get the watch working or is it most likely a dead watch? Thank you!

I'm so sorry you're having trouble. Have you pressed down on the stem at the top? There should be a little plastic tab that you can remove and then press down on the stem so it starts running.

Any idea what size of picture goes in this watch?

You can fit a photo that has about a 1 1/2" diameter in the inside cover.

How do you insert a picture to be put onto the watch? I didn't see anywhere that said anything about it.

The glass covering comes out with a twist, then you can insert your picture and twist the glass covering back into place.

Verified BuyerThe engraving came out beautiful. The watch stays on the right time, isn't slow or fast. The picture glass stay an doesn't fall out like I was Afraid it might. A great pocket watch.

Verified BuyerI was looking for a pocket watch that had a face with big enough numbers for my father to see the ability to have engraving on both sides and a place to put in a photo…now this particular watch fit the bill for all of that criteria… This made it a great purchase… That being said when I received the watch not only did I regret buying stainless steel which I believe is poor quality compared to silver or gold but the engraving was so faded and the watch actually came to me scratched near the engraving. I would not buy this watch if I can do it all over again… PS. If you do buy this watch your probably cheap and make sure that you buy the chain that goes with it as I forgot to do so
