The set is beautiful but the personalization was not centered on the box. If it wasn't a Christmas gift, and I had time, I would have requested it be corrected.

I am a Realtor and look for unique closing gifts. The rosewood box is attractive and my client really appreciated it. I would have given the set 5 stars, but for one reason. Unlike the picture above the name and message was engraved upside down. In other words to read it you have to turn the buckles and handle to the other side. My client was gracious about it, but it really would have been nicer if it were written in the correct direction.

This was a very nice BBQ Set and nice presentation BUT it was not made in the USA. Since I live in the United States, I try to only buy products made in the USA. Unfortunately, this set was made in China. I must have missed that on the description. :(

I love this item and it looks so pretty once you receive it. I bought this for my husband because he loves grilling but he always uses my indoor stuff so now he has his own. I hope he uses it though because like I said it's too nice and he may not want to mess it up.

I purchased this for the guys in my wedding party and all the guys loved it. The engraving came out great and shipping was super fast. I couldn't be happier.

First and foremost, Executive Gift Shoppe's customer service skills are fantastic!!! I (in my wedding planning madness) made a mistake on what I wanted to get engraved on this gift, and they called me to double check because it was wrong!!! I will definitely use them again. For the actual product, it is beautiful. My husband loves it and in fact, I have referred not only Executive Gift Shoppe but the product itself to my Dad's business, as well as my company's marketing department. I highly recommend. The quality is great, and so is the engraving. Beautiful set.

I ordered 2 of the personalized barbecue sets and both of the boxes were flawed on the inside. The Velcro straps were poorly attached and one was practically falling off. I actually used a very strong glue to reattach it so that I could present it to the person I purchased it for. The interior covering in both boxes had spaces in the seams showing the white underneath. I took a black magic marker in an attempt to cover those areas.

Great idea but not so great workmanship. I planned to purchase one for myself but find it difficult after seeing the first 2. Sorry to be so harsh!

This was an excellent choice for our clients. We personalized each set with name and logo and received raving reviews about it. Totally worth considering.
