Is there a limit to the number of letters you can engrave? Is it just initials or can it be a quote?

You can have four lines engraved. Each line can hold 25 to 30 characters. You can check the Personalize It box and you'll be able to enter your engraving instructions, choose a font, choose a size and preview it. If your engraving doesn't fit, you'll be able to change the font size to a smaller one.

Verified BuyerOrdered a pocket watch for my husband as a gift for Christmas. Had hos i itials engraved on it. Received it and it did not work. Rplaced the battery and nothing. Sent an email to Executive Gifts and a reply was sent back saying they would engrave another and send a return label for the other.
The new one works husband is happy with it and other is in mail being returned.
I was not sure what I was in store for as far as returning or exchanging with it already being engraved, but it was an easy process.
