Does this model have a stainless steel or sterling silver model available. The two-tone finish does not specify what metal it is finished in.

Can this pocket watch be engraved on the inside as well as the outside?

No, it can only be engraved on the front and back, the inside cover cannot be engraved. It has a swirled pattern that makes any engraving unreadable. The front shield can be engraved with up to 3 letters and the back can be engraved with up to 4 lines, 15 characters per line.
