I would like to have the back engraved as well i didn't know if you guys could do that?

Yes, just check the Personalize It box on the item page and you'll be able to enter and preview engraving for both the front and the back of the lighter.

How many spaces per line? This determines the allowable words.

If you enter your engraving and hit the Preview button, you'll be able to see if what you want engraved will fit. If it doesn't, you can make the font smaller. If the font is as small as can be entered, then if what you entered won't fit on the Zippo after hitting the preview button, then you have entered too much text. The most we can fit is usually around 30 characters.

How do I personalize this item and select a font?

I wasnt very happy with these lighters because they were scratched up looking but tue company was nice enough to replace every one of them with the polished ones free of charged! I was completely surprised and very satisfied! I will continue to buy from them! Excellent customer service! They make sure u get what you want!

The engraving was nice but there were many scratches on the surface that made the lighter look cheap. I wish it had been polished or had come with a rag so that I could polish it myself. Did not come with lighter fluid but came with instructions to put lighter fluid in

This product is what you pay for. This type of lighter I would not suggest to get it engraved. You cannot see it well. Also, they did not engrave one of my zippos with the correct wording..
