It isn't windproof
Like the title says, it isn't windproof. Just a plain old lighter. It's a little hard to push both buttons, to make it light. It's heavy, and seems well made though. And the flame can be adjusted. I needed the torch like flame of a windproof lighter, and was able to remove the end cap, and adjust the flame higher. Although it's still not what I needed. But it is better, and likely dangerous, with this modification. Bottom line, if you're looking for a plain flame lighter, that's not as long as the disposable ones that you see in stores. Then this could be the one for you.
ProsWell made, and easy to fill. The flame adjustment is easy as well. It's several inches shorter than most of the disposable types. Seems durable, and I wouldn't expect it to break easily.
ConsNot windproof, although the description says it is. The safety button, and the ignition button aren't in a good spot, relative to each other, making it a little uncomfortable to light, it's not a big deal, but why is it even a deal at all? It really needed a trigger instead. I listed the length as a pro, but it could also be a con for some. It's a few inches shorter than most of the disposable models that you see.
