I had ordered this item and after waiting for a very long time for it I made a phone call. The person answering the phone was very helpful and said my order was actually sent out and lost! He offered me a brown case at a discounted rate and second day mail to make it by Christmas. Upon receiving the product it was way to big for a blackberry the phone sunk down in the case. It was engraved so I never called to find out if it could be returned, but I think I will be doing that as the product is not useful to us at all!
