The site was straight forward and easy to use. A tracking number was on the order confirmation with an estimated ship date. I tried to order this item from another on-line shop and heard nothing from them at all which still causes me great concern since I used a credit card. Knowing that Executive Gift Shoppe uses Yahoo gave me a good sense of security when using my credit card to order. I will order from them again.
