If engraving a monogram, what style/font would be used on this product? I do not see a place to specify.

We only engrave this using the Times New Roman font. All letters would be the same size, so you'll enter them in this order: First, Middle, Last.

My candle lighter just ran out of fuel. I have tried to refill it, but it seems like it is not taking the fuel. What should I do ?

You should be holding the lighter upside down and pumping the butane canister's nozzle into the input at the bottom of the lighter. If this is not working, all Zippo lighters do have a lifetime guarantee. You can find details here:

how do you change flint and fill with fuel

You don't need to change the flint on Zippo MPLs. To fill with fuel, you press the tip of the butane canister against the receptacle at the bottom of the MPL.

Do you fill the the mini MPL candle lighter with lighter fluid at the bottom where there is a twist knob, that is plus and negative signs, if so when you fill it what should it be on ?

Yes, you do fill this Zippo mini multi purpose lighter down at the bottom. It doesn't really matter if you have it turned toward the positive or negative sign, either way it should fill just fine.
