We are a tax exempt government/state department, how can we get tax removed? We are not allowed by law to pay them.

We only charge tax on orders shipping within NY. If you're not located in NY, you don't need to do anything, there will be no charged tax. If you're in NY, you'll need to place your order and include your tax exempt number in the comments section of our checkout page. As soon as the order comes through, we'll remove the tax charge.
