Hi -- I am thinking about ordering this watch and have questions:
What type and size battery does it use and is it possible to replace the battery myself, or is a special tool required to do so?
I sit possible to have the front face of the watch monogrammed (i.e. first initial, last initial, middle initial) using the old English font you offer?

Hi Michael
Yes, we can do a traditional monogram in old english. Just let us know in the comments section of our checkout page that you would like a monogram with the middle letter larger. Be sure to enter your initials in the order you want them done, we will not change them around.
The battery size is 370/371. We would not recommend changing this yourself, a jeweler can usually change it for under ten dollars, battery included.

This watch is a delightful, small pocket watch, fitting quite nicely in the watch pockets of both dress trousers (at the belt line) and in modern jeans. It is also, mercifully, simple both in design and in utility: day and date dial, no phases of the moon, no astrological signs, nor any nano-second notations, just the time. The hunting case in brushed gold tone enhances the simplicity.
The communications with executive gift shoppe were exceptional and personal, delivery was timely, and the packaging quite sufficient.
