How long does it last before it needs to be wound again? exactly 24 hours? less or more?
By Customer Service on September 27, 2015
Answer:This pocket watch usually needs to be wound about every 24 hours. You may have slightly more time than that before you need to wind it but it should not stop running in less than that time.

Does this pocket watch need a battery?
on December 14, 2013
Answer:No, this is a mechanical or wind up pocket watch. Any pocket watches that say mechanical need to be wound daily, any that say quartz are battery operated.

If I sent a picture could they be put in on the inside?
By Customer Service on June 14, 2015
Answer:We wouldn't be able to engrave a picture, sorry. The inside cover is also not engravable at all, there is a swirled pattern there that prevents it from being engraved on. If you'd like to attach an actual photograph to the inside cover, we have had customers glue a round picture in there.
