I don't understand the measurement: is it really 2 inches by 4 inches, by 11 (?) what is the 11, what is the 1/3 ? please help me to understand since 4 inches is too large to carry in a front packed.

Sorry for the confusion, the measurement is 2 inches long by 1 and 1/4 inches wide by 1/3" thick.
