The catch is that your feedback cannot be a glowing review. It must be one of 2 things:
1) A criticism.
We're not so concerned with what we're doing right, we want to know what we can do better. That is the only way we can improve. 95% of our customer reviews are positive, but we're concerned with the 5% of customers that are not overwelmingly satisfied.
So tell us where we screwed up. What's wrong with our website? Are our prices too high or too low :)? How can we improve your experience on our site? How can we make the buying process easier? How was your experience with us less than stellar?
But, it must be constructive. Please don't tell us "You Stink!". Tell us why we stink, its the only way we'll keep improving!
2)Product Suggestions
We've added literally tons of new products and product lines in the 10 years we've been online but we're always looking to add more. Did you find one item on our site and another on a different site? Don't want to pay 2 shipping charges? Tell us what the other product is so the next time you can pay just one shipping charge - or no shipping charge with our free shipping special!
Please don't hesitate to suggest something because you think it may not fit in with our line of products. Let us be the judge of that!
