Disappointed with engraving!

Verified Buyer This is not even an engraving, it's basically scratching the metal, with no depth and by no means readable! I've attached images of the back and front.
Also, the "authentic" Charles-Hubert box that it promised is not the authentic blue-black box that the brand has! Inside is a random grey not designed for a pocket watch!!! Again, I've attached a picture of inside the box.
I've requested to exchange it with a non-engraved watch with an authentic watch. I'll re-evaluate my review if at least their satisfaction guarantee is in fact satisfying.

We did receive your email on this and we will send a replacement. The pocket watch is antique silver, it is not brass. The box itself is an authentic Charles Hubert box, they just changed the color on the interior box from blue to grey, sorry for any confusion. The box is designed for a pocket watch. The lower area is for the watch, the upper area is for the matching chain.
For the engraving, this is etching into metal. The antique finish can make it harder to see, but we do try and go as deep as possible. We are so sorry you're unhappy with this pocket watch. We will be contacting you about a replacement.
