My engraving turned out beautifully, even with my german umlauts and the tiniest italic font. My boyfriend loved it. When he thought he lost it, I ordered another. The second one had an error in the engraving, and customer service responded to my email immediately and sent out a free replacement the same day. So respectful and hassle-free! For myself I ordered the silver version of this one that has a little loop for attaching to my phone lanyard. I love it and never lose it.

Very nice engraving, was just like I requested it to b. Took time to email me about shipping difference then made sure gift would b here by the time I needed. Will diffidently use them again for specialized gifts. Think engraving is so much more personal & no one does it anymore.
