Does every wallet have the MasterCard logo as shown in the picture? And is the out side of the wallet plain? Where would the personalization go?

It does not, that is just an example of a corporate logo, which is available on orders of 25 or more. The hot stamping of up to 3 initials goes in the bottom right hand corner of the front. The outside of the wallet is plain.
