Was shopping for a Birthday Gift for my mother and came across this place of business and I have to say that it was super easy to purchase, they were very informative and notified me every step of the way and the shipping was literally fast, since it arrived a couple of days before my mother’s birthday. I ordered a personalized pen as a Christmas gift and there was a problem with the gift box that I received. I sent an email with some pictures and received a reply the next day stating a new gift box would be mailed to me asap. To my surprise I received the new gb a few days later! This pen and gift box was not the quality I expected. I have purchased higher quality pens from Amazon at lower cost. Also they did not include the pen refill that I paid for. I was looking for a sleek high quality gift and this fell very short. The box in which it came in was faded and more like a toy, and the pen did not have the weight that I expected it to have. Although I got this pen personalized for someone, I didn't give it to them because I was very disappointed with this gift.

I messed up and forgot to enclude the engraving information and they took the time to email me to verify what I really wanted. It arrived in a very short amount of time and was beautiful. I will definitely use them again!

Stunning display in wooden box. Only complaint is not knowing how big font would be on the box engraving. Perhaps show it on the box upon selection. Final box engraving larger than would have wanted.

Beautiful gift

The engraved pen with case was very nice. Only problem was I specifically noted to the company NOT to email anything to me because I did not want my husband to see what I had ordered for him. The engraved pen and its box are a gift for our 25th anniversary. Well I received two emails with the details of my order, spoiling the surprise.
