Verified BuyerI ordered 2 of these flasks, and one came in leaking at the bottom and the other one came with the lid broken! I politely called and informed them of the bad items I received, and was told I would be receiving 2 replacement ones for free! However, it's been about 2 weeks since my call, and I haven't revived anything. I've called and left a message, but no reply. We'll see how this goes... If they send me my replacements in, then I'll delete this review.
