Only if you're including something after it that the Carneys own, like "House". Of it just says "The Carneys", then there should be no apostrophe.

More, the engraving is gorgeous! Unfortunately, I had chosen a script font but was unaware that the letters wouldn't have the same shadow in them as the sample knocker in the picture above, Customer Service was top notch when I contacted them and gave me a full refund.
I fully intend to continue buying from this website as their prices and Customer Service are outstanding.

Anyway! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it was incredibly brass looking. I thought it would be a rose gold or brushed color based on the image above. This is shiny brass.

Verified BuyerI was worried that this door knocker wasn't going to be high quality due to the price being so low at $34. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived! It is very heavy and exactly what I was hoping for. The engraving was perfect. Prior to ordering, I shopped around online and this door knocker is right up there with the pricey ones at $75. This was a Christmas gift for my son and new wife. They loved it and thought it was the best gift ever for newlyweds.
