How is this pen refilled with ink

It has a removable cartridge. You can find replacement ink at any local office store or stationery store.

Pens not writing. Do I need to put the ink in or does it come ready to go?

There is an ink cartridge inside the pen but it has not been activated. Open the pen and you can "pop" the cartridge onto the activator.

Verified BuyerSo, I’ve been looking for a fountain pen for my boyfriend because he really has a thing for them. so I decided for Christmas I would engrave his last name on it to make it a little more special, but after it came in I realized that they gave me a ballpoint pen. I was kinda disappointed if I’m honest because I had read all the great reviews.
