How do I change the battery on the watch?

The back needs to be removed. We recommend bringing it to a jeweller to do it properly.

Hi, how much is the shipping cost and time to get one of these watches to Singapore? Or do you have multiple shipping options? For this particular watch, how much space is there for engraving a message? Thanks

The shipping cost for this pocket watch to Singapore is $10.95 and the shipping time is 2 to 3 weeks. Our only shipping option to Singapore is USPS International Air Mail. You can have up to 4 lines engraved on the front and 4 lines on the back, just check the PERSONALIZE box on the item page to open the engraving options window.

Verified BuyerI was very happy with the quality of this product. I do however recommend that you do not use small font as it is very difficult to read once engraved. I wouldn't recommend going smaller the 15 font.
Nice, but scratches easily

I love this watch, but as soon as I opened it, it got scratched right away...not even sure how. From then on it just kept getting more and more scratches :( Scratches WAY too easily.
