Watch beautiful, engraving left a bit to be desired

Verified BuyerThe watch itself is very nice. You can open it and read the non-roman numerals or keep it closed and read the time by the Roman numerals. My only disappointment is that the engraving isn't clear, especially at the last line. The ability to engrave is why I chose this product so I was let down by that.

I'm sorry you're unhappy with the engraving. We'll reach out via email about sending a new pocket watch with the engraving in a different font. You chose the CAC Shishoni Brush, which does not always look great if there is a lot of characters on a line.
