Verified BuyerI ordered this product for my husband's birthday and had it engraved to match his tattoo. It was received promptly and without any mistakes. In fact it looked amazing. However, on day 2 the hinge broke. Luckily zippo has a warranty on their lighters and it is currently enroute to them for repair. No complaints at all with executive gift shoppe, would have given 5 stars had it not been for zippo
